PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated structure rotor coupling which is capable of preventing a bearings and a rotor or the like from electric corrosion caused by a shaft voltage in a shafting system which requires a generator or insulation between a steam turbine and a rotating machine such as a gas turbine or another steam turbine or the like. SOLUTION: An insulated structure rotor coupling is installed in a generating facility in which a generator 13 is installed between a steam turbine 11 and a rotating machine such as a gas turbine 12 or another steam turbine or the like; a rotor 13a of a generator 13 and a rotor 12a of the rotating machine are connected together, and a first grounding electrode 17 is provided at a rotor 11a of the steam turbine 11 and a second grounding electrode 18 is provided at the rotor 13a of the generator 13. An insulated structure rotor coupling 16 which connects between both rotors 13a and 11a of the generator 13 and the steam turbine 11 in an electrically insulated state is employed.
