PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device capable of properly supplying the lubricant without manual operation in just proportion. SOLUTION: This lubricant supply device 10 mounted on an actuator wherein a moving element 3 is slid and moved on a sliding face 2 by the expansion and contraction of an air cylinder 5, for supplying the lubricant to the sliding face 2, comprises a shift time detecting means 21 for measuring an operation time from the start to the end of the advancing and retracting motion in at least one of the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder 5, a determining means 22 for comparing the operation time with a predetermined reference time, and a lubricant supply means 11 for supplying the lubricant to the sliding face 2 by the discharged air of the air cylinder, and the lubricant is supplied to the sliding face 2 by the lubricant supply means 11 when the operation time is longer than the reference time as a result of the comparison by the determining means 22.
