PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deodorize before and after combustion with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic plunger 10 slidably and reciprocatingly engaged inside an electromagnetic coil 7 of a pump incorporates an inlet check valve and has a cut valve 15 at the end. The electromagnetic plunger is energized by repulsion of a return spring 8 from the other end in a way that a cut valve seat 16 placed at an intake side main part of the pump can be pressed and blocked by the cut valve. A constant voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil in order that the electromagnetic plunger keeps the cut valve slightly open against the repulsion of the spring at operating of the pump and a predetermined time after stopped of combustion of a combustor. A leak means having a slight gap between at least combination of a discharge check valve 3 arranged on a downstream discharge side main part and a discharge valve seat engaging with the discharge check valve 3 is provided in order to be performed by energizing of interrupted pulse current superimposing the voltage and current during operation of the pump and have unburnt fuel oil leak and backflow from the downstream side to the upstream intake side during stopping of combustion.
