PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-close device for a louver, which has a smaller number of parts than conventional articles and the manufacturing cost of which is reduced largely. SOLUTION: A shaft 14 is installed integrally to one side faces of each louver 11 respectively, the shaft 14 for each louver 11 is received rotatably by bearings 28 mounted on at least two supports at louver pitches respectively and an open- close adjusting bar 44 is connected between the end sections of grooves 18 formed near the other side faces of each louver 11 respectively.
