PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-in cover for an earth retaining panel, which eliminates the fear that the earth retaining panel may be damaged, even when a top surface is struck. SOLUTION: This push-in cover 20 for the earth retaining panel 10 is mounted on an upper part of the panel 10, and the top surface is struck, so that the panel 10 can be pushed into ground. The cover 20 is equipped with: a main body 21 which has a length corresponding to a pressure receiving part 15 of the panel 10; supporting legs 23 which is provided in the main body 21 so as to hold the main body 21 to the panel 10 in a stable state; and butt-stopping parts 24 which are provided in the main body 21 and butt-stopped by the receiving parts 15, so as to transfer a striking force to the panel 10 and make a space formed between the main body 21 and the panel 10.
