PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poly(lactic acid) containing resin composition having superior heat resistance and a molding product composed of the same. SOLUTION: It is characterized in that the poly(lactic acid) containing resin composition consists of (A) poly(lactic acid) and (B) (i) an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, (ii) an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester unit, (iii) a glutaric anhydride unit containing copolymer having a glutaric anhydride unit represented by the following formula, wherein R<1> , R<2> are same or different and represent hydrogen or alkyl groups having 1-5 carbon atoms, or above- mentioned (i)-(iii) and a glutaric anhydride unit containing copolymer having another monomer unit. Moreover, this molding product is characterized in that it consists of such the poly(lactic acid) containing resin composition.
