PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of maintaining a good print quality by rightly sticking toner to an image receiving body. SOLUTION: A heater 6 as a heating means is provided on a back electrode 3 and heats a sticking position on an intermediate transfer belt 23. Hence, nearly at the same time when the toner is stuck to the intermediate transfer belt 23, a part or all of the stuck toner T is melted, so that the stuck toner T is rightly stuck on the sticking position on the intermediate transfer belt 23. As a result, such conventional troubles as generation of toner scattering, or toner flying from the intermediate transfer belt 23 is controlled, which enables a printing in an excellent quality.
