PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling machine which has a simple structure enabling easy assembling and adjustment and ensures easy maintenance and a good synchronous accuracy. SOLUTION: This rolling machine comprises a pair of rolling dies 3a, 3b arranged in a symmetrical point centering work centers 6, 7, a pair of rolling die holders 4a, 4b to which the rolling dies are fixed, a pair of sliding boards 2a, 2b which have the rolling die holders with the facing sides being fixed in a constant distance and slide on a main body 1, and a pair of racks 8a, 8b which are installed on the sliding boards in parallel with the rolling die holders. A pinion which rotates being held between a pair of racks and a driving unit to drive a pinion are installed and a rolling processing is performed by alternating movement of the rolling dies generated by pinion driven by a driving unit. Furthermore the axes of the work center and pinion are installed separate.
