PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeezing out multi-layer container that is excellent in outer appearance, and in gas barrier, interlaminar bonding, squeezing, and re-grinding properties. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer container composed of a resin composite (A) layer as an intermediate layer comprising saponified substance of ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer (A1) and olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer (A2), with layers of polyolefin resin (B) being disposed on both sides thereof, the whole of the resin composite (A) layer is disposed at areas of 55 to 98% from inside to outside in the direction of the thickness of the multi-layer container.
