PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulating container which can be suitably used when perishable foods and beverages are delivered via a door-to-door delivery service, and can be easily disposed of after disuse. SOLUTION: In this cold insulating container 10, a container body 10 is constituted as follows: a heat insulating sheet 2, in which corrugated paper 2a and a foam sheet 2b are laminated together, is fitted into an inner surface of a side wall 1a of a box body 1 made of corrugated paper; a heat insulating sheet 3, in which corrugated paper and a foam sheet are laminated together, is fitted into an inner surface of a bottom plate 1b; and a heat insulating sheet 4, in which corrugated paper 4a and a foam sheet 4b are laminated together, serves as an inner lid. The container 10 has approximately the same cold insulating capacity as a conventional cold insulating container made of styrofoam, so as to eliminate a fear that freshness of the perishable foods and the like may be decreased, even in the case of temporary custody in the absence of a receiver or omission of storage into a refrigerator. In addition, the container 10 can also be disposed of by incineration, and can be more easily disposed of than the conventional cold insulating container made of the styrofoam.
