摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for calculating the offset of a camera in order to determine the position of an object easily by carrying out the triangulation. SOLUTION: The touch system is composed of a reference frame and at least two cameras having fields of view overlapping each other in the reference frame. The position of the object relative to the reference frame is determined on the basis of the triangulation from an image where the object is grasped. The image of the object is obtained from at least one place in the reference frame by using each of at least two cameras, and the position of the object in the image relative to each place is represented by an angleϕ, and the position of the object in each image is determined so that the angle is equal to an angle formed between the limit of the field of view extending over the reference frame and a straight line extending from the camera and crossing the object in the image.
