PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that since a compressor motor is controlled within a range of low revolution to maintain room temperature to be a set temperature as the room temperature approaches the set temperature in cooling operation, dehumidifying capacity lowers and humidify becomes high progressively, consequently, comfortableness is impaired. SOLUTION: A minimum number of revolution of the compressor motor is controlled at each prescribed time so as to increase byΔN to an upper limit value in the case that the humidify is more than a judgment value indicating high humidity, and so as to decrease byΔN to a lower limit value in the case that the humidify is less than the judgment value indicating high humidity is released. Simultaneously, in the case that a command value of the number of revolution of the compressor motor calculated depending on temperature difference between the room temperature and the set temperature is less than the minimum number of revolution, the command value of the number of revolution of the compressor motor is controlled to be changed to the minimum number of revolution.
