PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating composition for electrostatic coating, free from the generation of electrostatic repulsion in electrostatic coating and giving a thin coating film having excellent smoothness and appearance. SOLUTION: The powder coating composition for electrostatic coating is composed of particles containing 0.1-5 mass% carbon black and 0.1-5 mass% lubricant for synthetic resins and having a volume specific resistance of preferably 10<8> to 10<16>Ωcm and a volume-average particle diameter of 5-35μm.
