PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharge through dust between an ion generating electrode and an opposite electrode though dust electrified in minus ion is adhered to the peripheral surface of a minus ion generating device as a result of the minus ion generating device being operated for a long time, and to secure a generating amount of minus ion. SOLUTION: A wind direction plate positioned in front of a minus ion generating means is movably situated and by providing with a means to cut-off a power source for the minus ion generating means, an open space on the supply opening side can be increased by moving the wind-direction plate. This constitution enables the minus ion generating device to improve workability and effect a simple and easy cleaning. |
