PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a seal of a corner part in an angular annular brush seal having slanted bristles. SOLUTION: The brush seal device has one bristle row part 4A with the bristles 8 slanted in one row direction from an attaching part 3 and arranged like a wall, and other bristle row parts 4B provided with the bristles 8 slanting in a direction opposite to a slanting angle of the bristles 8 of the one bristle row part 4A in layers in at least a bristle space part 9 of a row end part of the one bristle row part 4A.
