摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten economical efficiency by preventing an equipment scale from becoming large when installing a heat reservoir for heating the air in a wind tunnel device. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an air storage tank 21 for storing the pressurized air, a heat insulating cylinder 23 having a cylindrical body, and one end part into which the air blown off from the air storage tank is sent, a nozzle 22 for blowing off the air from the other end part of the heat insulating cylinder, a measuring cart 30 for making a current of the air blown off from the nozzle flow, the heat reservoir 51 installed inside the heat insulating cylinder, for heating the air sent in from the air storage tank, wire nettings (straightening members) 25 installed in the air moving direction downstream relation to the heat reservoir inside the heat insulating body, for straightening the heated air passing the heat reservoir, a burner installed on the other end of the heat insulating cylinder, for heating the heat reservoir through the wire nettings by blowing a heating gas into the inside the heat insulating cylinder, and a gate valve (heat interruption means) 28 for blocking heat transfer from the heat insulating cylinder to the wind tunnel.
