PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate cholesterol sensor exhibiting excellent response in which plasma obtained by filtering blood can reach an electrode system quickly. SOLUTION: The biosensor comprises an insulating substrate, an electrode system, a reactive layer containing a reagent, a sample liquid supply path including the electrode system and the reactive layer, a sample liquid supply part, and a filter provided between the sample liquid supply path and the sample liquid supply part wherein the filter does not intrude into the sample liquid supply path, the sample liquid passes through the filter in the vertical direction, and plasma passes through the opening of the sample liquid supply path toward an air vent in the horizontal direction. |
