PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold device for supplying gas in which an inconvenience due to a die-cast product is eliminated, a manufacture is easy, the number of manufacturing steps may be decreased and an accuracy can be ensured easily. SOLUTION: First and second plate shaped members 8 and 9 are tightly connected to each other while they hold a seal packing 10 between them. On the first plate shaped member 8, a prescribed number of nozzles 82 protrude outward by a press-forming using a throttle mold, and gas supply ports 71 and 71 penetrate. On the second plate shaped member 9, recessed parts 92a and 92b are formed by a press-forming in a range corresponding to the respective nozzles to the gas support ports. Respectively press-formed protruding parts 94 are pressed into press-in ports 83, and similarly press-formed protruding parts 84 are inserted into calking holes 95 to squeeze and calk their top ends. Burner heads are individually connected respectively to the nozzle parts.
