PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the safety of a blade for cutting a recording paper. SOLUTION: A cover 1 is pressed against the recording paper 7 by pulling the recording paper 7 in the direction of an arrow 15, a crank drive lever 2 is operated thereby, crank levers (1)3 and (2)4 are interlocked to move a cutter blade in the direction of the recording paper, and the recording paper is cut thereby. After cutting the recording paper, the cutter blade is accommodated in the waiting position by a return spring 13 in a motion opposite to the cutting motion.
