摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which reduces pressure inside an internal pressure chamber by quickly discharging incombustible gas inside the internal pressure chamber when the inside of the internal pressure chamber has abnormally high pressure. SOLUTION: In the industrial robot which has an internal pressure explosion preventing structure to be used under an environment where explosive gas is present, the means has the internal pressure chamber 2 constituted inside the industrial robot, an exhaust piping 14 to connect the internal pressure chamber 2 and an area 16 where the explosive gas is not present, a valve 9 which is provided on the exhaust piping 14 and set to change over whether to communicate or not to communicate the internal pressure chamber 2 with the exhaust piping 14, and an internal pressure discharging device 15 which is set to communicate an inlet side with an outlet side of the device when pressure difference between the inlet side and the outlet side of the device reaches a prescribed regulated value or more, and is constituted in such a manner that the internal pressure discharging device 15 is provided in parallel with the valve 9 on a circuit, and at the same time, the outlet side of the internal pressure discharging device 15 is connected to the exhaust piping 14.
