PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication system which can be applied to a nano-meter scaled structure. SOLUTION: Carbon ball molecules (1) is deposited on a graphite substrate (2) and held by two pieces of graphite substrates (2), or carbon tube molecules are held by two pieces of the graphite substrates (2) in the state of carbon tube molecular array.
