PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the physical distribution of books with high accuracy and to detect the dishonest return and the mistake in picking with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The physical distribution of each book 135 can be managed by using a peculiar tag ID, by using the book 135 provided with the non-contact ID tag 136 recording a peculiar tag ID in advance, and having a tag information storing area where reading and additional recording can be performed by wireless communication by radio wave on the book 135, on its scroop 201 side, for example, a part between the scroop 201 and a binding part 202.
