PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air permeable plug, having a simple structure, less prone to cause peeling or the like in a connecting part, and capable of maintaining a highly stable quality over a long period. SOLUTION: The air permeable plug P1 is used so as to be fitted into an inserting hole which is inwardly and outwardly formed in a part of a case. Th plug P1 comprises a plug body B and an air permeable sheet S1 having numerous fine air permeable holes which are irregularly arranged and/or numerous fine air permeable gaps which are arranged in irregular directions. A sheet connecting part 13 is formed at the outer side of an air hole H1 and the outer shape of the sheet connecting part 13 is injection molded into an almost ring- shaped or a cylindrical shape, which is slightly larger than the inner shape thereof. The air permeable sheet S1 is integrally connected with the sheet connecting part 13 through an anchor action when the plug body B is injection molded, which anchor action is such that a part of a liquid synthetic resin which is melted through heating enters the fine air holes and/or gaps thereof in irregular directions and then solidifies, at the sheet connecting part 13. |
