PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube with beads, wherein the beads having a simple construction and a large rising angle from the carbon nanotube are repeatedly formed on the way of the tube, and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: An ITO film 12 is formed on a glass substrate 11, wherein an indium film 13 and an iron film 14 in stripe forms patterned on the ITO film 12 are formed, the glass substrate 11 is heated to the temperature of 600 to 1,000 deg.C to form beads repeatedly by CVD method using a carbon containing gas as the raw material gas. |
