PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a prepreg with good impregnating ability, and further to provide the prepreg by the production method, and a metal-clad laminate using the prepreg. SOLUTION: The angle formed by a fibrous base material and the surface of a resin varnish is regulated so as to be 25 deg. to 60 deg. when the fibrous base material enters the resin varnish in a coating step for impregnating the fibrous base material with the thermoset resin varnish. As a result, the impregnating ability is improved and the prepreg having a small amount of remaining bubbles is produced. |
