PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor required for laying an termite prevention sheet. SOLUTION: There is provided a termite prevention structure in an underfloor space where a floor post footing 20 is arranged on the ground 10. According to the termite preventive structure, an upper surface of the floor post footing 20 is almost flush with the surface of the ground 10, and the termite preventive sheet 30 having moisture barrier properties imparted thereto is laid over the ground and the floor post footing, followed by setting a floor post 40 on the floor post footing 20 with the termite preventive sheet 30 interposed therebetween.
