PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spout water, adjusting a flow rate in a shower shape, a straight shape, a shower and straight shape or the like in a changeover valve with a multistage changeover mechanism. SOLUTION: The changeover valve has the first opening hole (16b) formed in a flow path spouting raw water as it is, the second opening hole formed in a flow path spouting raw water in the shower shape, the third opening hole formed in a flow path forwarding raw water to a water purifier, the multistage changeover mechanisms (12, 16 and 17) moving the places of these first, second and third opening holes, the first, second and third valve bodies (only the second valve body 18 is shown) closing the first, second and third opening holes and an adjusting mechanism moving the first, second and third valve bodies. Either one of the first, second or third opening holes is selected by operating the multistage changeover mechanisms, and the selected opening hole is closed partially by either one valve body of the first, second or third valve body by operating the adjusting mechanism and the spouted flow rate is adjusted. Accordingly, raw water can be spouted, finely adjusting the flow rate in the shower shape or the straight shape or forwarding raw water to the water purifier.
