Ceiling mounting has an arm (9) that rotates around a bearing (7). The arm is split into two parts (9', 9) that have a linkage (10) between them. Both arm parts are in the same horizontal plane and the linkage has internal stops so each arm rotates through 110 degrees . At the end of the outer arm (9) is a vertical linkage supporting a support arm (13) that rotates through 360 degrees and bears a load (18).
