<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combustion improving agent containing a raw metal and a manufacturing method therefor in which the shredder dust produced by shredding the remainder generated by removing components to be recycled from cars, household appliances and office appliances can be disposed, and effectively used, the running cost of an iron melting furnace can be reduced by using the shredder dust therein, the recycling ratio can be improved and the cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: Metal pieces 1 such as ferrous chips are solidified with the remainder of the shredder dust 4 removing unnecessary metal composition therefrom as a binder, and the binder of 10-60 wt.% is blended therein. This solidified stuff can be used for the raw metal which is also used for the combustion improving agent in an iron melting step using an electric furnace, or the like. The shredder dust can be effectively utilized, and the recycling ratio of iron chips is improved.</p> |
