<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel DI can, of which the paint adhesiveness and the corrosion resistance is substantially improved, so that the quality and the production yield of the DI can is made higher. SOLUTION: The steel DI can is obtained through a drawing and ironing processes. On the inner and outer surfaces of the steel plate constituting the DI can, a chemical conversion treatment film consisting of phosphorous (P), metal (M), and organic resin (R) is formed. In forming the chemical conversion treatment film, the adhesion volume of the phosphorous (P) on each surface is to be 0.05 to 2.0 mg/m<2> , the metal (M) on each surface is to be 0.05 to 2.0 mg/m<2> , and carbon (C) contained in the organic resin (R) on each surface is to be 0.5 to 20 mg/m<2> , wherein the adhesion volume ratio C/M between the carbon (C) and the metal (M) is 1 to 100.</p> |
