PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supplying apparatus capable of securing smooth rotation of the valve element of a electric mixing valve. SOLUTION: The electric mixing valve 7 is provided with a valve element 15 rotatable around a shaft. In a hot water full opening position, the valve element 15 shuts off a cold water passage 19 and guides hot water in a hot water passage 18 to a mixing water passage 25. In a cold water full opening position, a cold water passage 18 is shut off and hot water and cold water in the cold water passage 19 are guided to a mixed water passage 25. In an intermediate position, a passage 13 in a valve element is provided to guide hot water and cold water in the hot water passage 18 and the cold water passage 19 to a mixture water passage 25. And, in a hot water full opening position, a leak hole 22 through which a micro-amount of cold water in the cold water passage 19 is guided to the passage 13 in the valve element is formed.
