PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box, of which the structure is simple and which can easily opened. SOLUTION: The packaging box consists of a box forming strip 12 punched out integrally from a blank sheet. The box forming strip 12 comprises sides 14, 16, 18, and 20 each connected in parallel, and a grip strip 38 integrally formed on the side 14 and projected sideward from it. The box forming strip 12 further includes a pair of break lines formed across the sides 20, 18, 16, 14 and is connected to both sides of the base end of the grip strip 38, and a pasting strip 22 pasted on the surface of the side 14 in a state that the grip strip 38 formed on the side 14 is folded back onto the side 14. Incision lines 34 are formed on the parts of the pasting strip 22 that come in contact with the vicinity of both sides of the grip strip 38.
