PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating joint where cracks, splits or the like by stress caused by a difference of thermal expansion coefficients between an insulator and metal parts are prevented. SOLUTION: The insulating joint is obtained by fitting both ends of a nearly cylindrical insulator 11 into one end of each nearly cylindrical metal part 2 and brazing, where the thickness of the metal parts 2 is 0.3-1 mm. Both ends of the insulator 11 has a step-like shape, where the outer diameter of both ends of the insulator is smaller than that of its center, and a pain chamfer is formed on an edge between the step-like part and the center of the insulator. The width of the chamfer along the diameter of the insulator 11 is controlled to be 40-60% of the thickness of the metal parts 2.
