PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying method wherein in the case a veneer T to be sent out in a parallel two-line state from a veneer lathe A is carried to veneer treating devices F arranged at left and right behind a slicing veneer lathe A for turning a plurality of kinds of log of different lengths is to be carried while it is gradually separated in a truncated chevron shape two line state, a component abutting against the veneer T in the component constituting the veneer treating device F can reduce a maintenance control cost of the veneer treating device F without being worn out by being one-sided left and right and can be always and stably carried. SOLUTION: Any veneer T is also carried so that a center of a fiber direction of the veneer T shall reach a center of an effective veneer treating width of the veneer treating device F.
