PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating unit wherein dew condensation on a frame is prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: The refrigerating unit 21 comprises a condenser 6, a compressor 5 and an evaporator 7 constituting a refrigerating circuit on a base 11 and the frame 12 connected to the base 11, and an electric equipment box 8. A heat insulation case 16 covering an evaporator 7 and others is provided on the frame 12. An air duct 22 for guiding exhaust gas from the condenser 6 to the frame 12 is provided.
