PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxylamine salt solid mixture capable of stably retaining the components even when stored and transported in the solid state, less liable to blocking and having suitability to handling and physical distribution, to provide a method for storing the solid mixture and a color developing solution for a silver halide photographic sensitive material using the solid mixture, and to further provide a color developing solution for a silver halide photographic sensitive material which ensures little fog in unexposed regions of a silver halide photosensitive material after development even after storage. SOLUTION: The hydroxylamine salt solid mixture containing at least a hydroxylamine salt and an acid compound, is characterized in that the mixing ratio of the acid compound to the hydroxylamine salt is 0.2-3.0 as mass ratio and the degree of attainment of mixing of the hydroxylamine salt solid mixture is >=0.6.
