WAVEFORM MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring instrument capable of reading memory data at the same sample rate as A/D conversion and also displaying them with high resolution. SOLUTION: This waveform measuring instrument comprises an A/D converter for A/D converting an input signal; a digital filter for performing an averaging processing for the output of the A/D converter without deteriorating the sample rate; a memory for holding the output data of the digital filter; and a display means for displaying the data held in the memory, so that the waveform of the input signal can be displayed with high resolution at the sample rate of the A/D converter.
