PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regulation for a resistance value. SOLUTION: In this liquid level detector provided with a resistance card 4 arranged with plural conductive segments 8 with spacing along a substantial sliding direction of a sliding arm 5 to connect a space between the conductive segments 8 adjacent each other via a resistor 9, and the sliding arm 5 moving on the plural conductive segments 8 in response to a liquid level, the E-point side conductive segment 8e and the F-point side conductive segment 8f positioned in both ends have respectively pseudo-segment parts 11 having an interval T1 the same as a space between the other adjacent conductive segments 8, and a width W1 same to that of the other conductive segments 8, and auxiliary segment parts 12 arranged outside the respective pseudo-segment parts 11 and connected to the pseudo-segment parts 11 respectively.
