PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling property of a control circuit 26 of a blower fan 23 or the like, and to prevent heat troubles in an air conditioner for vehicle in which an air-conditioning unit 4 and a blower unit 3 are disposed on a center part in the vehicle width direction and on a front passenger seat side on the left of a vehicle body, respectively, and the air from the blower unit 3 is supplied to the air-conditioning unit 4 via an intermediate duct 5. SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan 23 is stored in the blower unit 3, a fan housing 22 having a spiral air out-flow passage 28 is provided around the fan 23, and an air outlet 29 is formed behind a right wall part 22a of the fan housing 22. On the other hand, an air inlet 25 is formed on a lower end side of a left wall part 30a of the air-conditioning unit 4, and both ends of an intermediate duct 5 are connected to the air inlet 25 and the air outlet 29, respectively. The control circuit 26 of a fan drive motor 24 is disposed on a back side of the vehicle body of an upper wall 66 of the intermediate duct 5 facing the inside thereof.
