PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet holder for filing which properly holds a sheet between the holder and the inner face of a file by pressing the sheet holder in a direction where the sheet is pressed. SOLUTION: This sheet holder for filing is structured of a first receiving part 2 for one of paired U-shape rods for filing R and R and a second receiving part 3 for the other rod R. The first receiving part 2 is equipped with an open part 20 which can be unlocked and formed so as to get an open edge 20a located on the side facing the second receiving part 3 into close proximity with the side of the second receiving part 3 and an open part 21 which can be unlocked and formed so as to communicate with the open part 20 and get an open edge 21a located on the side facing the second receiving part 3 wide apart from the side of the second receiving part 3.
