PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling efficiency of oil in a oil tank. SOLUTION: An upper surface 74a of an upper stage baffle plate 74 set on the oil tank 27 is set almost at the same level as an outlet 69b of a return oil passage 69, the periphery of the upper surface 74a is set at a fine clearance from the inner surface of side walls 27a to 27d of the oil tank 27, and oil discharged from an outlet 69b of the return oil passage is returned into the oil tank 27, spreading from the upper surface 74a of the upper stage baffle plate 74 in the peripheral direction, and flowing along the side walls 27a to 27d of the oil tank 27.
