PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, driving method, and a drive circuit of which power consumption can be reduced. SOLUTION: There are provided an NMOS transistor 22 which connects a scan line COM to an earth potential part GND (potential VG) at ON, a PMOS transistor 23 which connects the scan line COM to a high potential part 20 (potential VC) for scan line at ON, an NMOS transistor 32 which connects a data line SEG to the earth potential part GND at ON, and a PMOS transistor 33 which connects the data line SEG to a high potential part 30 (potential VS) for data line at ON. When selecting the scan line COM, the NMOS transistor 22 is turned on while the PMOS transistor 23 is turned off, to connect the scan line COM to the earth potential part GND. When not selecting the scan line COM, both NMOS transistor 22 and PMOS transistor 23 are turned off, to make the non-selected scan line come into high-impedance state. |
