PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the measuring precision by suppressing a reflection caused in the connecting part of a relay transmission line. SOLUTION: Paying attention to that, of electric characteristics of a measuring electronic part 11, the reflection coefficient or transmission coefficient in the relay transmission line 5 is fluctuated depending on the transmission line length L of the relay transmission line 5, the transmission line length L of the transmission line 5 is set to a length such that the reflection coefficient of the electronic part 11 gets close to a minimum value as much as possible, or the transmission coefficient gets close to a maximum value as much as possible, and the electronic part 11 is connected to a measuring instrument 3 through this transmission line 5 to measure its electric characteristics.
