PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having extremely improved balance of various kinds of practical characteristics of the film such as rigidity, heat-sealable properties, transparency, slippage, and antiblocking properties. SOLUTION: This film comprises a polypropylene-based resin composition and is an unoriented single-layer film satisfying the following characteristics 1 to 4: characteristic 1: the heat-sealing temperature (THS) of the film is <116 deg.C, and the relation between the tensile modulus (YM) at one direction of the machine direction (MD) and the right angled direction (TD) to the machine direction in which the tensile modulus is lower than that in the other, and the heat-sealing temperature (THS) satisfies the inequality: 0.04×YM+80< THS<0.04×YM+102; characteristic 2 : the haze value (HZ) of the film and the thickness (d) of the film satisfy the inequality: 0.04×d<HZ<0.04×d+2.0; characteristic 3: the coefficient of static friction of the film is <=0.50; and characteristic 4: the blocking strength of the film is <=500 g/10 cm.
