PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a spectacle frame 3 always aseptic, odorless and clean even if the spectacle frame does not undergo cleaning, such as wiping with a spectacle wiping cloth and soaking in a cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: The spectacles are constituted by coating the surface of the specific frame 3 with a photocatalyst titanium oxide agent 4. More specifically, an under-coating process step of immersing the specific frame 3 in, for example, a PTA sol or forming the PTA sol into a mist form and spraying the same to the surface of the specific frame 3, a force drying process step of forcedly drying the PTA sol sprayed thereto, a secondary treating process step of spraying a TPS sol to the under-coating film surface of the spectacle frame 3 by spraying vapor deposition of TPS sol and a drying process step by forcedly drying or air drying are successively performed. Accordingly, the surface of the specific frame 3 is coated with the photocatalyst titanium oxide agent 4. The photocatalyst titanium oxide agent 4 has a high photocatalyst function if its particles is below 100 nm. The agent has stainproof, antimicrobial and deodorant effects.
