PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always enable a definite and stable discharging and to obtain a screw part for fluid discharge at a low cost. SOLUTION: The screw part for fluid discharge, in which a leg 4 having a male screw part 3 and a head part 2 are formed integrally therewith, comprises a vertical groove 9, which is deeper than the inside diameter D of a female screw hole 21 in the depth 10, at the circumference of the male screw part 3 along the axis of the leg 4. A plurality of connecting grooves 7 are radially formed on a bottom face 6 of the head part 2 from the border with the leg 4 in the outer circumference of the head part 2, therefore fluid is always discharged at constant rate even with screwing into a work, the screwed part is not loosened even being subjected to repeated vibrations or impacts, the fluid is held to discharge at constant rate for long time. The screwed part is not loosened or dropped out. Moreover, the connecting groove and the vertical groove can be formed on forging of the head part and form rolling at the same time, so that it is easy to manufacture, the manufacturing time is reduced, and it is manufactured at a low cost.
