STOPPER FOR POSITIONING TRUCK FOR CENTRIFUGAL MOLD CASTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a stopper which is capable of finely adjusting the stop position of a truck against a trough even if the heavy truck carrying centrifugal mold casting equipment collides with the stopper. SOLUTION: The newly invented stopper is intended to position the truck carrying the centrifugal mold casting equipment for centrifugally forming a tube out of molten cast iron poured into a rotating metal frask. A rotation axis 4 is pivoted to be free to rotate round an axial line parallel to the front edge 3a of the truck 3. The outer circumference of the rotation axis 4 is provided with cylindrical bodies 6 and 6 of which axial core is parallel to the rotation axis 4 but eccentric to the rotation axis 4. The rotation axis 4 can be driven so that its rotation angle is adjustable. The front edge 3a of the truck can touch the outer circumference of the cylindrical body 6.
