PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric breaking machine which enables quick replacement of a breaking claw and also compactness of the dust-proofing structure of driving system. SOLUTION: A tip assembly 12, which is composed of a breaking claw 14 and a shaft 15, alone can be easily replaced as it is fixed detachably to a main body 11 of a breaking machine. Moreover, just by pressing the tip assembly 12 to the main body 11 of the breaking machine from the side, a main body part 13 of the tip assembly 12 and a shaft 15 are fixed at the same time at pre-determined positions of the main body 11 of the breaking machine in the direction of direct acting of a movable tube part 56, and therefore, replacement work of the tip assembly 12 can be done quickly.
