PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry control system by a visiting card and its method capable of keeping the card of a visitor as an electronic data, simplifying filing work and, at the same time, promoting security. SOLUTION: The entry control system by the visiting card comprises a scanner 11 taking the card of the visitor in receiving card electronic data and a printer 12 for printing the card electronic data as an entry certification, in the case the visitor makes a second visit, the visitor can be verified with the registered card electronic data, the content of an interview can be confirmed, a filing terminal 1 connected to an internet 5 and the content of the interview or the like are registered in advance, results from the interview can be also registered, an interviewer terminal 2 connected to the internet 5 and an interviewer portable terminal 3 capable of inquiring the input from the outside of an office and a server terminal 4 storing the card electronic data and related information such as the content of the interview or the like in a card electronic data control information file 41. |
