摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device of a torque sensor capable of detecting accurately an abnormality such as disconnection of the torque sensor without using a temperature sensor, and having the small number of part items and a low cost. SOLUTION: This torque sensor is equipped with a pair of coils wherein inductances are changed mutually in the reverse directions corresponding to a torque, and a torque detection means for outputting a torque detection voltage from both voltages based on each inductance change of the pair of coils. This abnormality detection device of the torque sensor is equipped with a pair of filter circuits 43, 44 for extracting direct current portions of each voltage based on each inductance change of the pair of coils, a differential means 47 for outputting the voltage difference of output direct-current voltages of each filter circuit 43, 44 as an abnormality detection voltage, a storage means for storing a normal allowable range set beforehand relative to the abnormality detection voltage of the differential means 47, and a discrimination means 30 for discriminating whether the abnormality detection voltage outputted by the differential means 47 is in the normal allowable range stored by the storage means or not.</p>
